आससाद रणे भोजं प्रतिमानं धनुष्मताम् । तदनन्तर सात्यकि विधिपूर्वक सजाये गये तेज घोड़ोंवाले रथके द्वारा रणभूमिमें धनुर्धरोंके आदर्शभूत कृतवर्माके पास जा पहुँचे
sañjaya uvāca | āsasāda raṇe bhojaṃ pratimānaṃ dhanuṣmatām | tadanantaraṃ sātyakiḥ vidhipūrvaka-sajjīkṛta-teja-ghoḍa-vāhana-rathena raṇabhūmau dhanuṣ-dharāṇām ādarśa-bhūtaṃ kṛtavarmāṇaṃ samupāgamat |
ສັນຊະຍະກ່າວວ່າ: ໃນສະໜາມຮົບ ສາຕະຍະກີໄດ້ເຂົ້າປະຊິດຫາ ໂພຊະ (ກຣິຕະວັຣມາ) ຜູ້ເປັນແບບຢ່າງໃນຫມູ່ນັກທະນູ. ຕໍ່ມາທັນທີ ດ້ວຍລົດຮົບທີ່ຈັດເຕັມຕາມພິທີ ແລະ ມ້າທີ່ໄວແຮງ, ສາຕະຍະກີກໍໄປຮອດກຣິຕະວັຣມາໃນກາງສົງຄາມ.
संजय उवाच
The verse highlights disciplined action in warfare: even amid violent conflict, a warrior proceeds with order and preparedness (vidhipūrvakam), suggesting that duty and conduct—how one fights—remain ethically significant.
Satyaki advances on the battlefield and reaches Kṛtavarmā (called Bhoja), who is praised as an exemplar among archers. The scene sets up a direct confrontation between notable warriors.
