Description of the Dvīpa, Varṣas, and Mount Meru

तत्र ते पुरुषा: श्वेतास्तेजोयुक्ता महाबला: । स्त्रिय: कुमुदवर्णाश्च सुन्दर्य: प्रियदर्शना:,वहाँके पुरुष श्वेतवर्णके होते हैं। वे तेजस्वी और महान्‌ बलवान्‌ हुआ करते हैं। वहाँकी स्त्रियाँ कुमुद-पुष्पके समान गौरवर्णवाली, सुन्दरी तथा देखनेमें प्रिय होती हैं

tatra te puruṣāḥ śvetās tejoyuktā mahābalāḥ | striyaḥ kumudavarṇāś ca sundaryaḥ priyadarśanāḥ ||

ສັນຊະຍະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ທີ່ນັ້ນ ບຸລຸດທັງຫຼາຍມີຜິວຂາວ ສ່ອງປະກາຍດ້ວຍພະລັງ ແລະ ມີແຮງກ້າອັນໃຫຍ່. ສະຕຣີທັງຫຼາຍກໍມີສີດັ່ງດອກກຸມຸດ ງາມສະຫງ່າ ແລະ ນ່າຊົມເບິ່ງ.
