Bhīṣma-nipāta-saṃvāda — Sañjaya’s Report of Bhīṣma’s Fall (भीष्मनिपातसंवादः)
क्षत्रधर्मे स्थिता: पार्था नापराध्यन्ति पुत्रका: । एतदार्येण कर्तव्यं कृच्छास्वापत्सु संजय
kṣatradharme sthitāḥ pārthā nāparādhyanti putrakāḥ | etad āryeṇa kartavyaṃ kṛcchrāsv āpatsu saṃjaya ||
ທ້າວ ທຣິຕຣາສະຕຣະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ລູກຫຼານຂອງ ປານດຸ ຜູ້ຍືນຫມັ້ນໃນທຳຂອງກະສັດນັກຮົບ ບໍ່ມີຄວາມຜິດດອກ ລູກເອີຍ. ໃນຍາມວິກິດອັນຫນັກໜ່ວງ ແລະໄພພິບັດເຊັ່ນນີ້, ສັນຊະຍະ—ນີ້ແມ່ນສິ່ງທີ່ຜູ້ດີຜູ້ສູງຄວນເຮັດ».
