Bhīṣma–Karṇa Saṃvāda on the Śaraśayyā (भीष्म–कर्ण संवादः शरशय्यायाम्)
जयद्रथो रणे पार्थ विद्ध्वा भारत सायकै: । भीम॑ विव्याध तरसा चित्रसेनरथे स्थित:
sañjaya uvāca | jayadratho raṇe pārtha viddhvā bhārata sāyakaiḥ | bhīmaṃ vivyādha tarasā citrasenarathe sthitaḥ ||
ສັນຊະຍະກ່າວວ່າ: ໂອ ພາຣະຕະ, ຫຼັງຈາກໄຊຍະດຣະຖະໄດ້ຍິງປາຣຖະ (ອາຣຊຸນ) ໃນສະໜາມຮົບດ້ວຍລູກສອນແລ້ວ, ເຂົາຜູ້ຢືນຢູ່ເທິງລົດຂອງຈິດຣະເສນ ໄດ້ຈິ້ມທະລຸບີມະດ້ວຍແຮງອັນຮຸນແຮງ ແລະຄວາມໄວອັນກະທັນຫັນ.
