उपयाता नरव्याप्रा य एते पृथिवी श्वरा: । एतेषां क्रियतां पूजा पूजा हि नराधिपा:,'भाई! ये जो भूमण्डलका शासन करनेवाले राजा यहाँ पधारे हुए हैं, सभी पुरुषोंमें श्रेष्ठ एवं पूजाके योग्य हैं; अतः तुम इनकी यथोचित पूजा (सत्कार) करो”

Transliteration

upayātā naravyāprā ye ete pṛthivīśvarāḥ | eteṣāṃ kriyatāṃ pūjā pūjā hi narādhipāḥ ||

Translation

ໄວສັມປາຍະນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: “ບັນດາກະສັດເຫຼົ່ານີ້—ເຈົ້າແຫ່ງແຜ່ນດິນ—ໄດ້ມາຮອດທີ່ນີ້ ພ້ອມດ້ວຍພາລະກິດຂອງຊາຍແລະການປົກຄອງ. ພວກເຂົາເປັນຜູ້ຄວນແກ່ການເຄົາລົບໃນບັນດາມະນຸດ; ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ຈົ່ງຈັດການບູຊາແລະຕ້ອນຮັບໃຫ້ສົມຄວນ, ເພາະການໃຫ້ກຽດແກ່ຜູ້ປົກຄອງແລະແຂກ ແມ່ນການກະທຳອັນຊອບທັມ.”
