प्राप्रुवन्ति महात्मान इति वित्त द्विजर्षभा: । द्विजवरो! जिनके राज्यमें श्रेष्ठ पुरुषोंकी सब प्रकारसे रक्षा की जाती है

Transliteration

prāpnuvanti mahātmāna iti vitta dvijarṣabhāḥ |

Translation

ວາຍຸກ່າວວ່າ: “ຈົ່ງຮູ້ໄວ້ ໂອ ຜູ້ດີເລີດໃນບັນດາຜູ້ເກີດສອງຄັ້ງ: ກະສັດຜູ້ໃຈສູງ ຜູ້ປົກຄອງອານາຈັກທີ່ປົກປ້ອງບຸກຄົນດີເລີດຢ່າງຄົບຖ້ວນ ຈະໄດ້ຮັບຄວາມສຸກໃນໂລກນີ້ ແລະເມື່ອລ່ວງຊີວິດ ຈະໄດ້ຮັບສຸກອັນບໍ່ເສື່ອມສູນ.”
