वायुदेव उवाच
Steady, uninterrupted discipline is emphasized: if one remains continuously engaged (nityayukta) in yogic practice, yoga becomes effective and reaches accomplishment within a defined period—here expressed as six months—highlighting perseverance over mere theory.
Vāyudeva addresses Pārtha (Arjuna) and concludes his instruction with a definitive summary, stating that nothing more needs to be said and underscoring the practical assurance that sustained practice leads to yogic success.
