गुरुशुश्रूषया शूरा: पितृशुश्रूषयापरे | मातृशुश्रूषया शूरा भैक्ष्यशूरास्तथापरे
bhīṣma uvāca |
guruśuśrūṣayā śūrāḥ pitṛśuśrūṣayāpare |
mātṛśuśrūṣayā śūrā bhaiṣyaśūrās tathāpare ||
ພີດສະມະກ່າວວ່າ: «ບາງຄົນຖືກເອີ້ນວ່າວີລະບຸລຸດ ເນື່ອງຈາກການຮັບໃຊ້ຄູອາຈານ (ຄຸຣຸ) ດ້ວຍຄວາມອຸທິດ. ບາງຄົນອື່ນໆເພາະຮັບໃຊ້ພໍ່. ບາງຄົນສະແດງວີລະພາບດ້ວຍການຮັບໃຊ້ແມ່, ແລະບາງຄົນອີກເປັນ ‘ວີລະບຸລຸດ’ ໃນການດຳລົງຊີວິດດ້ວຍການຂໍທານ. ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ວີລະພາບບໍ່ໄດ້ມີຢູ່ແຕ່ໃນສະໜາມຮົບ ແຕ່ຍັງປາກົດໃນການປະພຶດຕົນຢ່າງມີວິໄນ ແລະການຮັບຜິດຊອບຕາມໜ້າທີ່»។
