यथा ह्ुपस्थितैश्वर्या: प्रजायन्ते न राजसा: । एवमेवात्मना5७त्मानं पूजयन्तीह धार्मिका:
yathā hy upasthitaiśvaryāḥ prajāyante na rājasāḥ | evam evātmanātmānaṃ pūjayantīha dhārmikāḥ ||
ພີດສະມະກ່າວວ່າ: «ດັ່ງທີ່ຜູ້ມີອຳນາດອັນຕັ້ງມັ່ນແລ້ວ ບໍ່ປາຖະໜາຈະເກີດໃໝ່ດ້ວຍການພາຍໃຕ້ພະລັງຂອງຣາຈັສ (ຄວາມຫຼົງໄຫວແຫ່ງຕັນຫາ) ສັນໃດ, ຜູ້ມີທຳມະໃນໂລກນີ້ກໍສັນນັ້ນ—ເຄົາລົບອາດຕະມັນດ້ວຍອາດຕະມັນ. ໂດຍການປະພຶດທຳມະຢ່າງມີວິໄນ ພວກເຂົາຍົກຈິດໃນຕົນໃຫ້ສູງຂຶ້ນ ໄປສູ່ສະຖານະອັນສູງ ແລະ ລະວັງບໍ່ໃຫ້ຣາຈັສພາຕົນກັບໄປສູ່ວົງຈອນເກີດ-ຕາຍອີກ».
