एवं ते वर्तमानस्य सम्यग्दण्डधरस्य च | प्रजापालनदक्षस्य स्वर्गलोको भविष्यति

Transliteration

evaṁ te vartamānasya samyag daṇḍadharasya ca | prajā-pālana-dakṣasya svargaloko bhaviṣyati ||

Translation

ພີດສະມະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ຖ້າເຈົ້າປະພຶດຕົນດັ່ງນີ້—ຖືກຕ້ອງໃນການຖືດັນດາ (ການລົງໂທດ) ແລະການປົກຄອງຢ່າງຍຸດຕິທຳ, ແລະຊໍານານໃນການປົກປ້ອງປະຊາຊົນ—ແລ້ວໂລກສະຫວັນຈະເປັນຜົນທີ່ເຈົ້າຈະໄດ້ຮັບ. ຄຸນຄ່າຂອງກະສັດບໍ່ໄດ້ເກີດຈາກອໍານາດເອງ ແຕ່ເກີດຈາກວິໄນ, ການບັງຄັບໃຊ້ກົດໝາຍຢ່າງເທົ່າທຽມ, ແລະການດູແລປະຊາຊົນຢ່າງຊໍານານ»។
