आहारनियमं कुत्वा मुनिर्द्धादिशवार्षिकम्‌ मरुं संसाध्य यत्नेन राजा भवति पार्थिव:

āhāra-niyamaṃ kṛtvā munir dvādaśa-vārṣikam | maruṃ saṃsādhya yatnena rājā bhavati pārthivaḥ ||
