नारद उवाच
The verse highlights how devotion and divine sovereignty integrate all kinds of beings and energies into a harmonious order: even the fierce bhūtas become celebrants in a sacred setting, suggesting that sanctity is not limited to the gentle or socially ‘pure’ but can encompass the whole cosmos under dharma.
Nārada is describing the splendor of Mahādeva’s assembly: it is filled with continuous music—drums, conches, and bherīs—while hosts of bhūtas dance and peacocks add to the beauty, creating a vivid ceremonial atmosphere around Śiva.
