नारद उवाच
The verse primarily establishes a sacred, elevated setting: divinity is associated with purity and auspicious natural spaces. Ethically, it frames the forthcoming discourse or event as occurring in a place conducive to dharmic insight and reverence.
Nārada describes the scene: a divine figure is situated on a mountainside glittering with extraordinary mineral riches, preparing the listener for a significant meeting or revelation in a sanctified landscape.
