सर्वलोकान्तरात्मा च सर्वगः सर्ववाद्यपि । सर्वत्र भगवान् ज्ञेयो हृदिस्थ: सर्वदेहिनाम्
sarvalokāntarātmā ca sarvagaḥ sarvavādy api | sarvatra bhagavān jñeyo hṛdisthaḥ sarvadehinām ||
ວາສຸເທວະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ພຣະຜູ້ເປັນເຈົ້າຜູ້ມີພຣະພາກ—ເປັນອັດຕາພາຍໃນຂອງທຸກໂລກ, ຄອບຄຸມທົ່ວທຸກທິດ, ແລະເປັນພື້ນຖານຂອງທຸກຄຳສອນ ແລະ ທຸກຖ້ອຍຄຳ—ຄວນຮູ້ຈັກພຣະອົງຢູ່ທຸກແຫ່ງ, ສະຖິດຢູ່ໃນດວງໃຈຂອງສັດຜູ້ມີກາຍທັງປວງ»។
