उपवासफलात्मकविधिः — Upavāsa as Yajña-Equivalent Merit

अत: स कामसंयुक्ते विमाने हेमसंनिभे । रमते स्त्रीशताकीर्णे पुरुषोडलंकृत शुचि:
ataḥ sa kāmasaṁyukte vimāne hemasaṁnibhe | ramate strīśatākīrṇe puruṣo 'laṅkṛtaḥ śuciḥ ||
ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ຊາຍນັ້ນ—ຜູ້ຖືກປະດັບ ແລະຊໍາລະໃຫ້ບໍລິສຸດແລ້ວ—ຍ່ອມເພີດເພີນໃນວິມານສະຫວັນອັນເຕັມໄປດ້ວຍກາມ, ສະຫວ່າງດັ່ງຄໍາ, ແອອັດດ້ວຍຍິງນັບຮ້ອຍ.
