उपवासविधि-प्रश्नः
Inquiry into the Discipline of Fasting
दशाचार्यानुपाध्याय उपाध्यायान् पिता दश
daśācāryān upādhyāyaḥ, upādhyāyān pitā daśa; gauraveṇa daśa pitṝn atikrāmati mātā; mātā hi svagauraveṇa pṛthivīm api tiraskaroti; tasmān mātṛsamo nānyo guruḥ.
ພີສະມະກ່າວວ່າ: «ອາຈານຜູ້ສອນ (ອຸປາທະຍາຍ) ມີຄ່າເຫນືອກວ່າອາຈານສິບຄົນ; ພໍ່ມີຄ່າເຫນືອກວ່າອຸປາທະຍາຍສິບຄົນ; ແລະແມ່ສູງສົ່ງກວ່າພໍ່ສິບຄົນໃນກຽດສັກສີ. ດ້ວຍຄວາມຍິ່ງໃຫຍ່ຂອງນາງ ແມ່ອາດຈະລົບລ້າງແມ່ນແຕ່ແຜ່ນດິນທັງປວງ. ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ບໍ່ມີກູຣູໃດເທົ່າແມ່».
