वैशम्पायन उवाच तं विशोध्य तदा राजा देवदूतेन भारत । हृष्ट: प्रमुदितश्चापि प्रतिजग्राह तं सुतम्‌

ໄວສັມປາຍະນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ໂອ ພາຣະຕະ! ໃນເວລານັ້ນ ພະຣາຊາດຸສຍັນຕະ ໄດ້ໃຫ້ທູດເທວະກວດສອບ ແລະຢືນຢັນຄວາມບໍລິສຸດຂອງເດັກນ້ອຍນັ້ນ; ເມື່ອພິສູດແລ້ວ ພະອົງກໍປິຕິຍິນດີ ແລະຮັບເອົາລູກຊາຍນັ້ນ».
