न चैनमभ्यजानंस्ते तदा विकृतदर्शनम् | अथीैनं परिपप्रच्छु: को भवान् कस्य वेत्युत,उस समय उसका रूप बदल गया था। पाण्डव उसे पहचान न सके; अतः पूछने लगे --“तुम कौन हो, किसके पुत्र हो?”
na cainam abhyajānans te tadā vikṛtadarśanam | athainaṁ paripapracchuḥ ko bhavān kasya vety uta ||
ໄວສັມປາຍະນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ໃນເວລານັ້ນ ພວກເຂົາບໍ່ຮູ້ຈັກລາວ ເພາະຮູບລັກສະນະຂອງລາວໄດ້ປ່ຽນໄປ. ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ພວກເຂົາຈຶ່ງຖາມຢ່າງລະອຽດວ່າ: “ເຈົ້າແມ່ນໃຜ? ເຈົ້າເປັນລູກຂອງໃຜ?”
