The Birth of Kṛpa and Kṛpī; Kṛpa’s Attainment of Astras
अमावास्यां तु सहिता ऋषय: संशितव्रता: । ब्रह्माणं द्रष्टकामास्ते सम्प्रतस्थुर्महर्षय:
amāvāsyāṃ tu sahitā ṛṣayaḥ saṃśitavratāḥ | brahmāṇaṃ draṣṭukāmās te sampratasthur maharṣayaḥ ||
ໄວສັມປາຍະນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ໃນວັນອະມາວາສະຍາ (ວັນເດືອນດັບ) ບັນດາລະສີຜູ້ຮັກສາວິນັຍວຣະຕະອັນເຂັ້ມງວດ ໄດ້ຊຸມນຸມກັນ. ດ້ວຍຄວາມປາຖະໜາຈະເຫັນພຣະພຣະຫມາ, ມະຫາລະສີເຫຼົ່ານັ້ນຈຶ່ງອອກເດີນທາງໄປສູ່ພຣະຫມະໂລກ.»
