भीष्मस्य चास्य वचनान्नियोगाच्च ममानघ । अनुक्रोशाच्च भूतानां सर्वेषां रक्षणाय च

Transliteration

bhīṣmasya cāsya vacanān niyogāc ca mamānagha | anukrośāc ca bhūtānāṃ sarveṣāṃ rakṣaṇāya ca ||

Translation

ໄວສັມປາຍະນະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ໂອ ຜູ້ບໍ່ມີມົນທິນ, ການນີ້ໄດ້ຖືກກະທໍາຂຶ້ນ ເພາະເຊື່ອຟັງຄໍາຂອງພີສະມະ ແລະຕາມການມອບໝາຍຂອງຂ້າພະເຈົ້າ; ທັງເພາະຄວາມເມດຕາຕໍ່ສັດມີຊີວິດທັງປວງ ແລະເພື່ອຄຸ້ມຄອງປົກປ້ອງທຸກຄົນ».
