It links devotion expressed through sacred space—building a Rudrālaya—to the highest Shaiva fruit: honor in Shivaloka, supporting Linga-centered worship through temple installation and maintenance.
Shiva is affirmed as Pati, the supreme Lord whose realm (Shivaloka) is attained by acts of bhakti; the external form (architectural style) is secondary to devoted intention directed to Rudra.
A puja-oriented dharmic act is highlighted: constructing and establishing a Shiva temple (Rudrālaya), an outer support for inner Shaiva sadhana that aids the pashu (soul) in moving beyond pasha (bondage) toward Pati (Shiva).
