ພຣະອົງໄດ້ແຕ່ງຕັ້ງ ໄອຣາວະຕະ (Airāvata) ຜູ້ມີລິດດຸຮ້າຍ ເປັນອະທິປະໄຕເໜືອຊ້າງແຫ່ງທິດທັງປວງ; ແລະໃຫ້ ສຸປັນນະ (Suparṇa/ກະຣຸດ) ເປັນເຈົ້າແຫ່ງນົກ; ອີກທັງສະຖາປະນາ ອຸຈໄຈຫສຣະວັສ (Uccaiḥśravas) ເປັນກະສັດແຫ່ງມ້າ. ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ພຣະປະຕິ (Pati) ໂດຍພຣະບັນຊາ ຈັດສັນຕໍາແໜ່ງແລະອໍານາດໃນການສ້າງ, ຜູກມັດສັດທັງປວງ (paśu) ໃຫ້ຢູ່ໃນໜ້າທີ່ທີ່ກໍານົດ ດ້ວຍກຳ ແລະ ກົດແຫ່ງຈັກກະວານ (pāśa).
