By using the supreme title “Parameśvara” within a Purāṇic setting that frequently harmonizes sectarian forms, the teaching treats devotion to the Supreme Lord as primary—consistent with Kurma Purana’s synthesis where Śiva-worship and Viṣṇu’s overarching divinity are not mutually exclusive.
