In this verse Kaṁsa identifies the two boys as the sons of Ānakadundubhi (Vasudeva), acknowledging Krishna and Balarama’s true lineage even while they are living in Nanda’s Vraja.
Kaṁsa is directing his champion wrestlers to take note of the two brothers’ presence and prepare to confront them in the arena as part of his plot.
Kaṁsa’s anxious plotting shows how fear drives manipulation; devotion encourages the opposite—trust in God and ethical action rather than control through violence.
