शं नो ग्रहाश्चान्द्रमसाः शमादित्यश्च राहुणा। शं नो मृत्युर्धूमकेतुः शं रुद्रास्तिग्मतेजसः

IAST Transliteration

śáṃ no gráhāś cāndramasā́ḥ śám ādityáś ca rāhuṇā́ | śáṃ no mṛtyúr dhūmakétuḥ śáṃ rudrā́s tigmatéjasaḥ

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Weal to us be the lunar Seizers; weal the Āditya, with Rāhu. Weal to us be Death, the smoke-bannered; weal the Rudras of keen splendour.
