प्रकृतिकोपकमधर्मिष्ठमनैकान्तिकं चैतदिति कौटिल्यः ॥ कZ_०५.६.३२ ॥
Transliteration
prakṛti-kopakam adharmiṣṭham anaikāntikaṃ caitad iti kauṭilyaḥ
Translation
ເກົາຕິລະຍະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ແນວທາງນີ້—ການກະຕຸ້ນໃຫ້ອົງປະກອບຂອງລັດໂກດ—ເປັນອະທໍາ ແລະບໍ່ແນ່ນອນວ່າຈະໃຫ້ຜົນຕາມທີ່ກໍານົດ»।
