Transliteration

vikrāntaṃ prakṛti-kopena ghātayet

Translation

ຜູ້ທີ່ລ້ຳເກີນ (ກາຍເປັນຜູ້ກ້າຫານ/ກ້າຮຸນແຮງເກີນໄປ) ຄວນຖືກກຳຈັດ ໂດຍຍຸໃຫ້ເກີດຄວາມໂກດແຄ້ນຂອງອົງປະກອບແຫ່ງລັດ (ໃຫ້ພວກເຂົາເອງຫັນມາຕໍ່ຕ້ານລາວ)។
