ກອງທັບຄວນຕັ້ງຄ່າຍຢູ່ຕາມຂອບນ້ຳ (ໝາຍເຖິງ ການຄຸ້ມຄອງຝັ່ງແມ່ນ້ຳ/ຊາຍຝັ່ງ).
