अन्यनौप्रतिबद्धां वातवेगवशां च नोपेयात् ॥ कZ_०१.२१.१९ ॥
Transliteration
anyanaupratibaddhāṃ vātavegavaśāṃ ca nopeyāt ।
Translation
ລາວບໍ່ຄວນໃຊ້ເຮືອທີ່ຜູກຕິດກັບເຮືອອື່ນ ແລະບໍ່ຄວນໃຊ້ເຮືອທີ່ຢູ່ໃຕ້ອຳນາດຂອງລົມແຮງ.
