ທາງເລືອກທີ່ກົງກັນຂ້າມ ຍ່ອມນໍາໄປສູ່ການຈັດການທີ່ຄໍ້າປະກັນເກີນຄວນໃນອີກຝ່າຍໜຶ່ງ.
