दुष्टपौरजानपदो वा न्यायवृत्तिरन्यां भूमिं याचेत ॥ कZ_०७.१५.२४ ॥
Transliteration
duṣṭa-paurajānapado vā nyāya-vṛttir anyāṃ bhūmiṃ yāceta
Translation
ຖ້າປະຊາຊົນໃນເມືອງແລະຊົນນະບົດເປັນຄົນຊົ່ວ/ເປັນປໍລະປັກ ຜູ້ທີ່ຍຶດຖືການປະພຶດຕາມຄວາມຍຸດຕິທໍາຄວນຂໍດິນແດນອື່ນ (ເພື່ອຢູ່ອາໄສ/ປົກຄອງ)។
