उक्ताः प्रत्यङ्गभूतास्ताः प्रकृता राजसम्पदः ॥ कZ_०६.१.१५च्द् ॥
Transliteration
uktāḥ pratyaṅgabhūtās tāḥ prakṛtā rājasampadaḥ
Translation
ອົງປະກອບເຫຼົ່ານັ້ນ ທີ່ໄດ້ອະທິບາຍວ່າເປັນອະວະຍະວະຮອງ (ຂອງລັດ) ນັ້ນແທ້ຈິງແມ່ນຊັບພະຍາກອນ/ຊັບສິນຂອງກະສັດ (ຊັບສິນຫຼວງ)។
