ຄໍາຮ້ອງຂໍ (ເພື່ອການແກ້ໄຂ) ຂອງຜູ້ຊື້ ຕ້ອງຖືກພິຈາລະນາໃນຖານະດຽວກັນກັບຄໍາຄັດຄ້ານ/ຄໍາຮ້ອງຕອບຂອງຜູ້ຂາຍ.
