विक्रीय पण्यमप्रयच्छतो द्वादशपणो दण्डः अन्यत्र दोषोपनिपाताविषह्येभ्यः ॥ कZ_०३.१५.०१ ॥

Transliteration

vikrīya paṇyamaprayacchato dvādaśapaṇo daṇḍaḥ anyatra doṣopanipātāviṣahyebhyaḥ

Translation

ຖ້າຂາຍສິນຄ້າແລ້ວແຕ່ບໍ່ສົ່ງມອບ, ຄ່າປັບແມ່ນ 12 ປະນະ—ຍົກເວັ້ນໃນກໍລະນີທີ່ (ການບໍ່ສົ່ງມອບ) ເກີດຈາກຄວາມບົກພ່ອງ, ໄພພິບັດ/ເຫດຮ້າຍ, ຫຼືສະພາບການທີ່ຕ້ານທານບໍ່ໄດ້.
