prajñāpayato yathopaghātaṃ dāpayet

Translation

ຈາກຜູ້ທີ່ມາແຈ້ງ ລາວຄວນໃຫ້ຈ່າຍຄ່າຊົດເຊີຍ/ຄືນຄ່າ ຕາມລະດັບຄວາມເສຍຫາຍ/ການສູນເສຍທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບ.
