kūṭamudrāyāṃ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ tirojanapadasyottamaḥ

Translation

ສໍາລັບການປອມຕາປະທັບ (ຂອງຫຼວງ) ໃຫ້ລົງໂທດຄ່າປັບ sāhasa ຕາມທີ່ໄດ້ກ່າວໄວ້ກ່ອນ; ແຕ່ສໍາລັບຜູ້ທີ່ປອມຕາປະທັບເພື່ອເຂົ້າ ຫຼື ຜ່ານໄປອີກປະເທດໜຶ່ງ (ໂດຍອ້າງອໍານາດປອມ) ໃຫ້ລົງໂທດສູງສຸດ.
