Transliteration

akāle'tīrthe ca tarataḥ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ

Translation

ຜູ້ໃດຂ້າມໃນເວລາບໍ່ຖືກການ ຫຼືຂ້າມທີ່ບໍ່ແມ່ນທ່າທີ່ກຳນົດ ຕ້ອງຖືກລົງໂທດຂັ້ນທຳອິດ (ຕ່ຳສຸດ) ສຳລັບການກະທຳຫຸນຫັນ/ບັງຄັບຝືນ.
