बाधतीर्थाश्चैताः कार्या राजद्विष्टकारिणां तरणभयात् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१४ ॥

Transliteration

bādhatīrthāścaitāḥ kāryā rājadviṣṭakāriṇāṃ taraṇabhayāt

Translation

ຄວນຈັດຕັ້ງທ່າຂ້າມນ້ຳທີ່ຖືກກີດຂວາງ/ຄວບຄຸມ ເພື່ອຂູ່ຂວັນຜູ້ທີ່ກະທຳຕໍ່ຕ້ານກະສັດ ໂດຍເຮັດໃຫ້ການຂ້າມຢ່າງຜິດກົດໝາຍນ່າຢ້ານ ແລະຍາກລຳບາກ។
