FAQs

Purity (śauca) and devotion (bhakti) are expressed through disciplined daily ritual—inner intention is supported by outer acts like bathing, offering flowers, and incense.

It aligns best with ācāra/dharma-oriented material often embedded within Purāṇas; within the pañcalakṣaṇa taxonomy it is closest to dharma/kalpa-type instruction rather than sarga/pratisarga.

Pañcagavya signifies ritual purification and sanctity associated with the cow; jasmine and sandalwood signal auspiciousness, fragrance, and sattva, reinforcing the devotee’s readiness for worship.
