Yogatattva

महामुद्रा महाबन्धो महावेधश्च खेचरी । जालन्धरोड्डियाणश्च मूलबन्धैस्तथैव च ॥

दीर्घप्रणवसन्धानं सिद्धान्तश्रवणं परम् । वज्रोली चामरोली च सहजोली त्रिधा मता ॥

महामुद्रा महा-बन्धः महा-वेधः च खेचरी । जालन्धरः उड्डियाणः च मूल-बन्धैः तथा एव च ॥

दीर्घ-प्रणव-सन्धानम् सिद्धान्त-श्रवणम् परम् । वज्रोली च अमरोली च सहजोली त्रिधा मता ॥

mahāmudrā mahābandho mahāvedhaś ca khecarī | jālandharoddiyāṇaś ca mūlabandhais tathaiva ca ||

dīrghapraṇavasaṁdhānaṁ siddhāntaśravaṇaṁ param | vajrolī cāmarolī ca sahajolī tridhā matā ||

ಮಹಾಮುದ್ರಾ, ಮಹಾಬಂಧ, ಮಹಾವೇಧ ಮತ್ತು ಖೇಚರೀ; ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಜಾಲಂಧರ ಮತ್ತು ಉಡ್ಡಿಯಾಣ, ಹಾಗೂ ಮೂಲಬಂಧ. ಪ್ರಣವ (ಓಂ)ದಲ್ಲಿ ದೀರ್ಘ ಸಂಧಾನ—ದೀರ್ಘ ಲೀನತೆ—ಮತ್ತು ಸಿದ್ಧಾಂತದ ಪರಮ ಶ್ರವಣ. ವಜ್ರೋಲೀ, ಅಮರೋಲೀ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಜೋಲೀ—ಇವು ಮೂರು ವಿಧವೆಂದು ಮನ್ನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

Mahāmudrā, mahābandha, mahāvedha, and khecarī; and likewise jālandhara and uḍḍiyāṇa, together with mūlabandha. Prolonged joining (absorption) in the praṇava (Oṁ) and the supreme hearing of the doctrine. Vajrolī, amarolī, and sahajolī are considered threefold.
