Verse 11

Tripura

यद्वा मण्डलाद्वा स्तनबिम्बमेकं मुखं चाधस्त्रीणि गुहा सदनानि । कामी कलां काम्यरूपां विदित्वा नरो जायते कामरूपश्च काम्यः ॥११॥

यत् । वा । मण्डलात् । वा । स्तन-बिम्बम् । एकम् । मुखम् । च । अधः । त्रीणि । गुहाः । सदनानि । कामी । कलाम् । काम्य-रूपाम् । विदित्वा । नरः । जायते । काम-रूपः । च । काम्यः ।

yadvā maṇḍalādvā stanabimbam ekaṃ mukhaṃ cādhas trīṇi guhā sadanāni | kāmī kalāṃ kāmyarūpāṃ viditvā naro jāyate kāmarūpaś ca kāmyaḥ ||11||

ಮಂಡಲದಿಂದಾಗಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸ್ತನಬಿಂಬದಿಂದಾಗಲಿ—ಒಂದೇ ‘ಮುಖ’ ಇದೆ; ಅದರ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಮೂರು ಗುಹೆಗಳು, ನಿವಾಸಸ್ಥಾನಗಳು ಇವೆ. ಕಾಮೀ ಕಲೆಯನ್ನು, ಕಾಮ್ಯರೂಪಿಣಿ (ಇಷ್ಟರೂಪ) ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದವನು, ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಕಾಮರೂಪನಾಗಿ ತಾನೂ ಕಾಮ್ಯನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ.

Whether from the circle (maṇḍala) or from the breast-orb (stanabimba), there is one ‘mouth’; and below are three caves, the abodes. Knowing the desiring (kāmī) kalā, whose form is the desirable, a man becomes of the form of desire and becomes desirable.
