जनोलोकस्तु हृद्देशे कण्ठे लोकस्तपस्ततः । भ्रुवोर्ललाटमध्ये तु सत्यलोको व्यवस्थितः ॥४॥

Padapatha (Word Split)

जनः-लोकः तु हृत्-देशे । कण्ठे लोकः तपः ततः । भ्रुवोः ललाट-मध्ये तु सत्य-लोकः व्यवस्थितः ॥४॥

IAST Transliteration

janolokas tu hṛddeśe kaṇṭhe lokas tapas tataḥ | bhruvor lalāṭamadhye tu satyaloko vyavasthitaḥ ||4||

Translation

ಹೃದಯದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಲೋಕವು ಸ್ಥಿತವಾಗಿದೆ; ಕಂಠದಲ್ಲಿ ತಪೋಲೋಕವಿದೆ; ಮತ್ತು ಭ್ರೂಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯದ ಲಲಾಟಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸತ್ಯಲೋಕವು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತವಾಗಿದೆ.

Academic Translation

The Jana-loka is in the region of the heart; at the throat is the world of Tapas; and in the middle of the forehead, between the eyebrows, the Satya-loka is established.
