Transliteration

caturddaśyāṃ maheśānaṃ paurṇamāsyāṃ pitāmaham | ye'rcayanti ca saptamyāṃ tulasyā ca gaṇādhipam

ಚತುರ್ದಶಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹೇಶಾನನನ್ನು, ಪೌರ್ಣಮಾಸಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಿತಾಮಹ (ಬ್ರಹ್ಮ)ನನ್ನು, ಮತ್ತು ಸಪ್ತಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತುಳಸಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಗಣಾಧಿಪ (ಗಣೇಶ)ನನ್ನು ಅರ್ಚಿಸುವವರು ಮಹಾಪುಣ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ।
