श्रीकृष्ण उवाच । यदि प्रसन्नो भगवांस्तदागच्छस्व मे गृहम् । शिरसा धार्य्य पादांबु प्रयास्यामि पवित्रताम्
śrīkṛṣṇa uvāca | yadi prasanno bhagavāṃstadāgacchasva me gṛham | śirasā dhāryya pādāṃbu prayāsyāmi pavitratām
ಶ್ರೀಕೃಷ್ಣನು ಹೇಳಿದರು—ಓ ಭಗವನ್! ನೀವು ಪ್ರಸನ್ನರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಗೆ ಬನ್ನಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಾದೋದಕವನ್ನು ಶಿರಸ್ಸಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಧರಿಸಿ ನಾನು ಪವಿತ್ರತೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವೆನು.

Reverence to saints purifies the heart; humility before the holy is portrayed as a royal and divine virtue.
Dvārakā is implied as the sacred setting where such saintly hospitality becomes meritorious.
Pādodaka—honoring and bearing the water from a revered person’s feet as a means of purification.
