इति चिंतयतस्तस्य ज्वरोभूदतिदारुणः । यश्चिंताख्यो ज्वरः पुंसामौषधैर्नापि शाम्यति
iti ciṃtayatastasya jvarobhūdatidāruṇaḥ | yaściṃtākhyo jvaraḥ puṃsāmauṣadhairnāpi śāmyati
ಹೀಗೆ ಚಿಂತಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ದಾರುಣ ಜ್ವರ ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು—ಪುರುಷರಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಚಿಂತೆ’ ಎಂಬ ಆ ಜ್ವರ ಔಷಧಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಶಮನವಾಗದು।
