ಶುದ್ಧ ಮಣ್ಣು, ಕುಶ, ಎಳ್ಳು ಮತ್ತು ಗೋಮಯವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು, ಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟು, ಆಚಮನ ಮಾಡಿ ನಂತರ ಸ್ನಾನ ಆಚರಿಸಬೇಕು।
