अंगुल्यग्रेण वै दैवमार्षमंगुलिमूलगम् । ब्राह्ममंगुष्ठमूले तु पाणिमध्ये प्रजापतेः

Transliteration

aṃgulyagreṇa vai daivamārṣamaṃgulimūlagam | brāhmamaṃguṣṭhamūle tu pāṇimadhye prajāpateḥ

Translation

ದೈವ ತರ್ಪಣವನ್ನು ಬೆರಳ ತುದಿಗಳಿಂದ, ಆರ್ಷ ತರ್ಪಣವನ್ನು ಬೆರಳ ಬೇರುಭಾಗದಿಂದ, ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮ ತರ್ಪಣವನ್ನು ಅಂಗುಷ್ಟದ ಬೇರುಭಾಗದಿಂದ, ಪ್ರಾಜಾಪತ್ಯ ತರ್ಪಣವನ್ನು ಕೈತಳದ ಮಧ್ಯಭಾಗದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
