tathā vidhvaṃsavādya tvaṃ rājānaṃ pāpakāriṇam | duṣṭaṃ kumārapālaṃ hi āmaṃ caiva na saṃśayaḥ
Viprāḥ (the brāhmaṇas)
Listener: brāhmaṇas (addressing Hanumān)
Scene: Brāhmaṇas, now urgent, ask Hanumān to destroy a sinful king Kumārapāla and his confederates—an appeal for swift dharmic justice.
When rulers become pāpakārins (sin-doers), dharma-tradition appeals to divine power for protection and correction.
No tīrtha is explicitly mentioned in this verse.
None; it is a petition for dharmic intervention against adharma.
