स्तुत्वा वाचाथ रामं हि त्वयि नाथे नु सांप्रतम् । शून्या वर्ते चिरं कालं यथा दोषस्तथैव हि
stutvā vācātha rāmaṃ hi tvayi nāthe nu sāṃpratam | śūnyā varte ciraṃ kālaṃ yathā doṣastathaiva hi
ಹೀಗೆ ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿ (ದೇವತೆ) ರಾಮನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿತು—“ಈಗ ನೀನೇ ನನ್ನ ನಾಥನಾದರೂ, ನಾನು ಬಹುಕಾಲ ಶೂನ್ಯವಾಗಿ, ನಿರ್ಜನವಾಗಿ ಇದ್ದೇನೆ; ಹಿಂದೆ ಹೇಗಿದ್ದೆನೋ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ದೋಷಪೀಡಿತ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ।”
