Transliteration

samānagotrapravarāṃ kanyāmūḍhvopagamya ca | tasyāmutpādya cāṃḍālaṃ brāhmaṇyādeva hīyate

Translation

ಸಮಾನ ಗೋತ್ರ-ಪ್ರವರದ ಕನ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ವಿವಾಹವಾಗಿ ಅವಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಹವಾಸ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಂತಾನವನ್ನು ಉತ್ಪಾದಿಸಿದರೆ, ಆ ಸಂತಾನ ಚಾಂಡಾಲನಾಗುತ್ತದೆ; ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಪುರುಷನು ಸಹ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ್ಯದಿಂದ ಪತನಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
